Check it is really us.

Paste a link, an email address, a phone number or a social account and we will tell you straight away whether it belongs to Bitzen Labs. You can also check a document or a staff ID issued by us.

Paste the whole link if you have it. Capital letters and a trailing slash do not matter.

We never ask for payment through a private message, and we never ask for your wallet keys, passwords or one time codes. If an account claiming to be us does either, it is not us.

Before you reply to anyone

    Check the address, not the name

    Anyone can set a display name and a logo. Only the address underneath is hard to fake, so that is the part to check here.

    We never ask for money in chat

    Invoices come from our billing address and name the project. Nobody from Bitzen Labs will ask you to send a payment through a private message.

    Look for the near miss

    Fake accounts copy a real one and change one character, a letter for a number or an extra dash. Paste it in above rather than reading it.

    Write to [email protected] from your own email before you act on anything. A real request will still be there in an hour.
